RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through MWYW, you may request a refund within 7 days of the arrival date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding all shipping costs.
To request a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
If your item arrives broken, defective or incorrect, and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of the arrival date. Include your MWYW order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect will be helpful to us.
• You may issue a return within 7 days of receipt.
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
• We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
• Must have all disposable stickers still attached.
- RETURN PRODUCT CONDITION
All returns, except defective or damaged items, please return the products unused, with all the original tags attached, dust bag and the paper box, along with the original shipping invoice supplied with your delivery, whether you choose the return or exchange service.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed or altered (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak sale seasons, it may take us up to 14 days to process your return or exchange.
Please choose your own trackable and insured shipping method. Note that we're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To send your item(s) back, place them into a shipping box / bag, include your MWYW order number, a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund and return. Before you sending, please inbox us to get return address.
Please mark clear to your delivery service that the parcel is a RETURN, most couriers have this as an option. If the item is not sent marked RETURN from outside the UK then duty and VAT may be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
Please send all items you wish to return through registered postage or courier service and retain the proof of postage and tracking, as the goods remain your responsibility until received at MWYW.
Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty items, customers are liable for the costs incurred for return postage, please contact us enclosed with detailed images.
- REFUND PROCESS DATE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please clearly state whether you are returning for a refund or exchange (where available), refunds will be paid by the same method as the original order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
